However, there are two scenarios in that users may get their refund.
● Firstly, users accidentally make two payments for the SAME PACKAGE in 01 hour periods. We will process a 30% refund on the paid fee package in 03 workings, not including weekends.
● Secondly, users will get a 100% refund if there is an issue from our end after we diagnose all problems and confirm it. This process usually takes from there to five working days, not including weekends.
