We follow certain policies to ensure transparency, efficiency and quality customer care:
● We DO NOT allow returns on sold products for our digital products or services.
● We DO NOT accept returned goods, as we believe that customers should get the best quality products.
● Refunds are NOT given for any purchases made as we provide Digital services, which is delivered immediately after payments are made.
● We DO NOT encourage exchanges of our products.
● We DO NOT engage in reselling used products and discourage the same, because we cannot ensure the best quality products for our customers. However, there are two scenarios in that users may get their refund.
1. Firstly, Users accidentally make two payments for the SAME PACKAGE in one (01) day. We will process up to a 70% refund on the paid fee package in three (03) working days, not including weekends, details are as follow:
- ● If users confirm the mistakes and want to get the refund in one (01) day after making the second payment, users will get a 70% refund;
- ● If users confirm the mistakes and want to get the refund from two (02) to three (03) days after making the second payment, users will get a 50% refund;
- ● If users confirm the mistakes and want to get the refund after three (03) days after making the second payment, users will get a 30% refund.
2. Secondly, users will get a 100% refund if there is an issue from our end after we diagnose all possible problems and confirm them. This process usually takes from three to five working days, not including weekends.
3. Thirdly, if the situation falls out of the first (1) and the second (2) scenarios, we will review on a case-by-case basis and decide the amount of refund that users will get. However, the decision will always based on the following rule.
- ● Package 15 days: Only refund when the account holds over 10 Premium days after both users and our support team confirm the amount of refund.
- ● Package 30 days: Only refund when the account holds over 25 Premium days after both users and our support team confirm the amount of refund.
- ● Package 60 days: Only refund when the account holds over 55 Premium days after both users and our support team confirm the amount of refund.
- The maximum amount of refund in this situation is 35%.
We will issue a Refund directly through the Payment Gateway that users make the payment initially. For example, if users make the payment via PayPal (or AlePay or other gateways), we will issue the Refund via PayPal (or AlePay or other gateways) as well.
